Washtenaw Community College makes surplus property available to the public for purchase via eBay, garage sales, and sealed bids. A brief description of each method follows. The majority of the College's surplus property will be listed on eBay. To see the current items for sale, click here to visit eBay. You will be taken to a list of items for sale where you can see pictures of the items, read the descriptions, and place your bids.

From time to time the College has garage sales which take place in the Storage and Receiving Building. When a garage sale is planned, information about the date, times, terms and conditions of sale, and other information will be posted here.

The final method of property disposition is the use of sealed bids. If any items are to be sold by sealed bid, ads will run in the local newspapers and the information will be posted here. The information will include a description of the item, terms and conditions of sale, and bid forms giving the due date, time, and place.
