Welcome to the Student Resource and Women's Center The mission of the Washtenaw Community College (WCC) Student Resource & Women's Center is to empower students to reach the highest potential in their education and career development. The Center provides comprehensive, holistic support services including academic advising, career advising, workshops, educational and childcare grants, and referrals to outside agencies and community organizations. The Center advocates on behalf of students helping them overcome barriers that impede their success and promoting an educational environment that values diversity, inclusiveness and equality. Carl Perkins Grant Funding: This scholarship provides assistance with tuition, textbooks and child care costs to eligible students. Learn more about the Carl Perkins Scholarships. Childcare Grants: These scholarships provide partial assistance with the WCC Child Care Center and licensed off-campus child care centers. The Child Care Scholarship Application and Agreement forms are available below as PDF documents. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print them.
